About the game
Hall of the Mountain King is a fantasy themed video slot with 5 x 3 reels and 20 paylines where you will be able to place bets between 0.20 – 100 euro per spin. The reels are placed in a peaceful setting, high up in the mountains in front of the Troll King’s castle. As you spin the reels, you will hear the birds chirping in the background along with the soundtrack of the classic piece In the Hall of the Mountain King, made by the Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg. The game will only get more and more intense while you are playing, just like the rhythm of the music. There are 12 different symbols included in this game. The low paying ones are the normal A, K, Q, J and 10, and the symbols of higher value are the Troll King, his two daughters as well as two other trolls. Features
You will see that there is a Multiplier Meter placed next to the reels on the left side of the screen. This feature will be active for every winning combination you get, as long as at least one wild symbol is a part of that combination. One wild will give you a multiplier of 1x, and 2, 3, 4 or 5 wild symbols will reward you with a multiplier of 2x, 3x, 4x or 5x respectively.
You will need to land at least 3 scatter symbols in the three middle reels to activate the free spins feature. The scenery will change, and you will enter the castle and move to the throne room where you will be introduced to the Troll King himself. You will still have the Multiplier meters to the left, but during this feature you will also see five stone blocks, all of which carved with a low-paying symbol each, on the right side of the reels. We just have to say: hats off to the creative team behind the design and production of this game. Everything about it is very well made, and we cant find anything that we dont like about it. Sure, the bonus rounds will probably seem a little bit confusing at first sight, its something out of the ordinary for sure but you will be able to get the hang of it pretty quickly.
